Renting : from April 1st to september 25th
Renting terms - Contract
- The renting week starts on Saturday at 3.30 pm and ends the
following Saturday at 10 am (peak saeson).
- In July and August, the minimum period of renting is 2 weeks.
Howerver, a renting period of 1 week or 3 weeks may be arranged,
depending on availibility.
- In the low season, short stays of at least 2 days may be arranged.
- Each renting is equipped with garden furniture : table and chairs.
- The renting includes the supply of kitchen equipement and crockery.
- Blankets and pillows are provoded for each renting.
- Shetts of household linen are not provided.
- Prices are net of any additional charge and include gas, electricity
and heating in winter, the premises being used within the capacity
limits stated.
- The tenants are responsible for keeping their accommodation
and surroundings clean during their stay and leave them as clean
as they found them.
- After agreement and depending on the time of the year, your
dog may be accepted. Th e possible presence of a dog must be mentionned
and agreed upon when booking.
- Payment : 25% of the rent amount when booking. Balance to be
paid on arrival. On receipt of your renting application and settlement,
a written confirmation of your definite booking will be sent to
you. It is advisable to take out a cancellation insurance policy
from your insurance company.
- Guarantee : on your arrival, togheter with payment of the balance
of your rent, 180 € guarentee deposit will be requested.
The guarantee will be returned to you at the end of your stay
(except for possible damages to be deducted).
- If you do not wish to clean the accommodation by yourself before
leaving, 30 € will be deducted from your guarantee deposit,
for the cleaning.
- Arrivals may only take place between 3.30 p.m and 8 p.m and
departures between 7.30 a.m and 10 a.m. In case of departure outside
the hours mentionned before, the guarantee deposit will be returned
whithin 48 hours.
